LEARNING CENTRE: WELCOME MESSAGE

At Queen's Tutorials, we strive to meet the needs of all our students, providing not only a strong academic program, but the understanding and caring necessary to meet the social, emotional, and physical growth of each child in their respected environment. In return we call on our students to meet their full potential in each and every endeavour.
To further master you as a well-rounded academic individual, Queen's Tutorials provide various tutorials and lessons catering to student needs. Queen's Tutorials have recently hired highly qualified teachers to make sure that class sizes are small. Small classes are very important to the Queen's philosophy because each student receives the individual attention he or she deserves, therefore helping the student perform above their potentials.

Queen's Tutorials are composed of 4 major centres; Tutoring Centre, University-Prep Centre, Edubation Centre, and Community Centre. Through these 4 centres we do help anybody at all school grades from elementary and secondary schools to university in the community providing the most suitable courses they need.

Those who need further help for upgrading their school mark should come to tutoring centre; those who desire to study at the most prestigious universities in the world need to come to university-prep centre; those who need help from A-Z should be a member of edubation (education + incubation) centre; those who need the specific help except those above should knock at the door of community centre.

Further, we have expanded our school to include TOEFL and SAT testing centers where you will be able to write your TOEFL tests in the school, without having to register elsewhere. This center will also offer ACT and PSAT tests, as well as other professional admissions tests like the LSAT, MCAT, GRE and GMAT.
Come in and experience the Queen's Tutorials tradition.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

Welcome to the original and valuable experiences that will welcome you to C2K!

Let me introduce myself as your new Faculty Head.  I have spent the last several years teaching in schools, Universities, and educational institutions all over rural and urban Ontario.  I have come to C2K, and its sister school Queen’s College, to experience the freedom and opportunity of the private school environment; filled with expectation and optimism.  I see the potential of many wonderful things to come, building upon strengths that are already inherent in the school, introducing new aspects from my own practices, and establishing them within the total educational experience here at C2K.

There is nothing more important than the future of our children.

In order to allow our children the opportunity for success, two primary needs must be met: The feeling that they are secure and loved, and the understanding that they have the culpabilities to achieve whatever they desire.  When these needs are met, students are free to develop a sense of confidence and positive self-worth that empowers their potential for success.

In addition to Queen’s College’s traditional program, C2K has a great deal to offer and we have built the school around the following:

-          Exceptional Academics

-          Small Classes and Individual Attention

-          Opportunities to Improve Academic Standing

-          Private Tutoring

-          Test Preparation Services (SSAT, SAT, TOEFL, etc.)

-          Test Proctoring (SSAT, TOEFL, SAT, etc.)

We take pride in our tight-knit community setting where we recognize and meet each student’s individual needs.

In addition to a traditional academic program, we also offer tutoring and preparation programs for tests such as the SAT, SSAT and TOEFL.  The sessions are held at two convenient locations, in North York at Yonge St. and Finch Ave. and in Mississauga at Dundas West and Tomken Road.  Our sessions are held in groups or privately, are customized to the individual learning needs of our students, and are designed to maximize test-taking techniques and scores.

We distinguish ourselves by the quality of our instructors.  Finding top-quality SAT and course instructors are no simplistic task.  We have hand picked some of the most well-educated and relatable instructors, including graduates of prestigious Canadian and Ivy League institutions, to ensure the quality of the education and services we provide.

The most valuable resource a school has is its people.  The best method of measuring what our school is all about is to come for a visit, walk our halls, and meet our students and staff.  If you feel that Queen’s College may be a good fit for your child, I encourage you to call me personally for a discussion and tour of our school.

I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you.
